We are committed to minimizing data collection. Our products — Pools Advisor, EarningPulse, and Smate — do not collect personal data from users.

Automatically collected data. This information is used solely for the operation and security of our website and is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time spent on the site, and general geographic location. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. We do not use any other tracking technologies, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics tools.

3. Smate

Smate is a Telegram-based bot. It does not require phone number registration or account creation. When you interact with Smate, Telegram may transmit certain data to the bot — such as your Telegram user ID, username, and the content of your messages — solely to enable the bot to respond to your requests. This data is not stored, shared, or used for any other purpose. Interactions with Smate are also subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.

4. Blockchain and On-Chain Data

As a Solana validator, we interact with publicly available on-chain data. It is important to distinguish between personal data and blockchain data: information recorded on the Solana blockchain — such as wallet addresses and transaction histories — is inherently public and not subject to this Privacy Policy. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the public nature of on-chain data. If you interact with Solana-based products or services, please be aware that your on-chain activity is visible to anyone.
