Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 24, 2026
LumLabs ("we," "us," or "our") operates tools and platforms that help Solana validators launch, scale, and earn sustainably. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website and products, including Pools Advisor, EarningPulse, and Smate.
2. Data We Collect
We are committed to minimizing data collection. Our products — Pools Advisor, EarningPulse, and Smate — do not collect personal data from users.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, under any circumstances.
Automatically collected data. When you visit our website, certain technical information may be automatically collected by our hosting provider (Vercel), including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used solely for the operation and security of our website and is not linked to any personally identifiable information.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time spent on the site, and general geographic location. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser on our behalf. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For more information on how Google uses this data, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com.
We do not use any other tracking technologies, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics tools.
3. Smate
Smate is a Telegram-based bot. It does not require phone number registration or account creation. When you interact with Smate, Telegram may transmit certain data to the bot — such as your Telegram user ID, username, and the content of your messages — solely to enable the bot to respond to your requests. This data is not stored, shared, or used for any other purpose. Interactions with Smate are also subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.
4. Blockchain and On-Chain Data
As a Solana validator, we interact with publicly available on-chain data. It is important to distinguish between personal data and blockchain data: information recorded on the Solana blockchain — such as wallet addresses and transaction histories — is inherently public and not subject to this Privacy Policy. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the public nature of on-chain data. If you interact with Solana-based products or services, please be aware that your on-chain activity is visible to anyone.
5. Third-Party Services
Our website and products may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services and encourage you to review their respective policies. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected through our own website and products. Key third parties involved in operating our services include:
- Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure
- Google Analytics — website analytics
- Telegram — Smate bot platform
6. Security
We maintain appropriate technical measures designed to protect any information that passes through our systems. However, no security procedures or protocols are guaranteed to be 100% secure or error-free. We cannot be held responsible for unauthorized or unintended access that is beyond our control. We encourage you to take care when sharing any information online and to make use of available security tools to protect yourself.
7. Retention of Data
We apply a general rule of keeping any data only for as long as it is required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Where we are required to retain data for legal, tax, or accounting reasons, or if required by a legal authority, we will retain it for the applicable period.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To obtain confirmation of whether we process personal data about you, and to access that data;
- To request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- To request deletion of your personal data, where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
- To restrict or object to the processing of your personal data;
- To withdraw consent where processing is based on your consent;
- To lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
Given that we currently collect minimal personal data, these rights may have limited practical application. However, we are committed to honoring any requests in accordance with applicable law. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the address below.
9. Children's Privacy
Our products are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal data to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
10. Future Products
We may launch additional products in the future, such as a whitelabel validator solution, which may involve the collection of personal data. When that happens, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and notify users in advance.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or business developments. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed.
